Italian Government committed to boosting the green friendly construction industry

The Italian Government is introducing a new tax credit linked to the green economy: starting from July 2020, renovation works aimed at increasing energy saving efficiency and seismic resistance and the installation of solar and cell panels shall give rise to a tax credit equal to 110% of the relevant costs.

Such credits may also be transferred beforehand to the building company so as to eliminate any cash out.
